Had a really rough day yesterday doing well today but I am going to try to be transparent and record what i actually ate yesterday ouch I already contacted my nutrition pro about what happened and why

I am having some weird sypmtoms and it sent me in a tail spin and I used food to sooth At least I didn't go off the rails as much as I would have many year ago with a candy fest!

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 June 2016:

Not going off the rails is definitely a plus. Sometimes I wish I could just once in awhile, but it makes me very sick when I eat over 3-5 bites per meal. I guess that is one way of my body keeping me in control. God is good.
