Ok I'm starting over! I'm having too many pains that are due to my weight gain again! This time I gained 3 more pounds than I was when I started the last time. I'm in it to win it! I want to be healthy and not this way anymore.

183.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
