I had a GREAT dinner last night: Baked Acorn Squash stuffed with a picadillo ground beef mixture. I submitted the recipe but it had a lot of steps so who knows. It was really good from a nutritional point of view, though.
I had a derma appointment yesterday, and was much relieved because instead of hacking my face up with multiple biopsies they just froze the weird patches. So I'm only slightly uglified & it will go away soon. But I go back in 3 weeks for a biopsy and probable excision on my ear. At least it's not the tip of my nose!
