I feel you. I'm trying to burn the feeling in my memory for tomorrow after my 8 hour shift on my feet when I'm convinced I'm "starving".

Pizza night last night....it's nice to know that it made me feel physically bad.

Don't beat yourself up too bad! We all fall off at one point or another. I sure know the gross feeling (all too well!) Get back on the horse in the morning (maybe REALLY get on the horse?) and start back with your plan :) You got this!

Thanks XshapeshiftX I don't think riding is a good idea when I'm this bloated though lol. Depends on how I feel tomorrow. Hopefully the same as this morning :/

No wonder you feel bloated; that's a lot of food your taking in for that tiny tummy. What about upping the calories without increasing the volume too much? Instead of filling up on several low calorie options among the moderate calorie options, what about noshing on a few more high calorie foods? Grab another handful of nuts, consider stirring coconut oil into your oats, and adding olive oil or avocado oil to your pastas and veggies. Ditch anything that indicates it's "diet" food. Have more of the almond butter. Avocados, anyone? A cup of cooked oats with raisins, almonds/almond butter and coconut oil can easily top 500 calories and might leave you feeling less bloated. I think you can increase your calories and be more comfortable with a few tweaks.
