You're off to a good start already by recording what you eat. Saw you did McDonalds for lunch... if you're kind of stuck with eating out frequently, get to know your fast food menus so you can make the healthiest choices, but it would be even better to avoid fast food if you can. And I can't tell you enough how much regular exercise helps! What kind of exercises do you incorporate/plan to incorporate into your healthy lifestyle?

Well exercising has never been a problem for me mon, wed, and fri i do cardio and ab workouts for about an hour to an hour and a half than tues and thurs i have a personal trainer that i work out with. My problem is just getting my calories lower. And yes i have been trying to stop with fast food, today i gave in, im tired and worn out from working all weekend and i gave in. But i made myself record my calories just to show myself how bad it is.
