Restarted the crunch challenge again after my cold break I stepped back a bit to redoing week 4 and did 32-38-32-32-60 today. I love to try to challenge myself to getting there. That is 194 crunches all together but breaks in between. Worked my jumping today as well - squats and lunges And tried to work those pesky burpees.
