I NEVER thought I would reach the 300's, but here I am! I have a problem, and that problem is ADDICTION! Addiction to food, the habit of constantly turning to food for momentary pleasure and instant satisfaction. I consider sitting and eating a HUGE portion of ice cream more appealing than getting undressed and being with my husband. I can't believe it!! I'm writing this now as I am shaking from my blood sugar being to low because already today I haven't eaten properly. I've gotten to the point where I'm scared to eat because I don't want to over eat! Which I know is counterproductive yet here I am... I know I need to go and have something sweet, but I don't want to expose myself to food and have to turn it down. Why is it so hard??
