Soooo..I am finally going to get my body fat measured on friday. I killed it at the gym but then I came home and ate two nathans hot dogs (no bun). They are my fav.

What was their method for measuring your body fat percentage if you don't mind my asking. I've been away for a few weeks. Sorry for the late interest in this post.
I am curious about measuring body fat. I think it is more important that the scale. I have a pair of calipers, but I get different numbers every time I use them.
