I really feel that my efforts towards my goals this past week were not very admirable and its hard to believe I actually lost. Wondering if my scale is screwed up. The progress is motivating none the less though, and I am sure this next week will be a good one, even if the numbers aren't as impressive. I try to keep my mind on the whole picture and pat myself on the back for any new healthy habit, and not just the drop in weight.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
