I had a terrible week. I just started the week on the wrong foot with some late night eating out. My energy was at an all time low as I struggled to recover from a severe cold and I did no extra exercising. Still on the mend this week. Hope to get back on track with the exercising regularly and get back on a regular routine of planning and journaling meals.
