Week one results 6lbs!!!!! WTG me! Now is the tough week , they say it takes 2 weeks for something to become a habit. Now on to my next goal I would like to loose 7lbs by my birthday on Nov 2. Thats 7lbs in 13 days kind of a lofty goal but I will try hard and accept what I am cappable of reaching!
