Las Vegas Linda's Journal, 29 May 2016

Well, I'm back and got on the scale to face the music. From my low of 195 I am back up to 217. It's time to get back to work. Our pool is not yet clean enough to use, but will be this week and then I will be in it every day. I am going to do my best to lose at least 3 lbs per week, but know it will take a huge effort on my part. This was so much easier when I was a young girl lol. I will be constantly tweaking my eating and my exercise which I hope will keep me engaged and busy. Haven't quite decided whether to get back to Vegas before the end of the year or wait one more cycle with my contract job and go back in May 2017. I'll decide in the Fall. In the meantime, hope everyone is doing well on the road to goals. Thanks for all the support.

I know how hard it is to post a gain and come back. But also the sense of relief when it's done and am back on track. We know we CAN do this, let's DO it!

I'm recently back on as well. This time I'm thinking of sneaking up on the weight loss. Rather than setting a goal to lose a lot of weight I dialed it back to a few pounds, & rather than starting off running I'm walking for a little qhile. Hopefully that approach works better than my last couple.
