Weight stayed the same. Woke up with a pruritic rash. Will self treat with coconut oil today.

I loved my dinner last night. I loved it so much I was thinking of it hours beforehand and after the last bite I wanted more.

No potato for me today. Need some green leafy! I want spinach for my eggs and a nice, cold, crunchy salad. Also want some red cabbage and sliced cucumber.

I feel energetic today, almost restless. Usually, I'm content to sit with the TV, phone, or tablet to entertain me. Right now, I want to get up and DO something, which almost never happens.
