My diet has taken a hit..or perhaps I should say that I took a hit for the past week. Was traveling and felt like eating whatever. So now, I have refocused and am down a little. Retaining a great deal of water. Looking forward to weight loss.
173.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
