So it's been awhile since I posted a journal here!
OMgosh, i am like hungry 24/7! I mean I started this P90X exercise regime last week and I have missed 1 day so far, due to migraine, nothing more, and like this week I have an insatiable hunger!
I mean, I couldn't sleep last night due to the hunger pangs. So I went and had some ricecakes.... thought it better than to go chow some rubbish!
Anyhoo so just unloading on all my f-Secret homies! any advice would be greatly appreciated. Oh and I have customised my calorie intake to 1600 instead of the recommended 2600...... perhaps this is the reason that I'm having such trouble lately.
Ok, seriously though now, that's all from your friendly neighbourhood Phil.
(Lemme know your ideas to help and advice, really would appreciate it)

Increase your calories and reduce systematically it is dangerous to reduce 1000 calories a day that gives you 7000 calories a week. You will loose weight to quickly and will then put it back on. Rate of weight loss should be between 0.5 - 1 kg a week. Good luck

Philip, maybe try lowering your carb intake without compromising on your total RDI?
