I had 3 French Fries (and then realized they were not worth it) but I had a LOT of Bud Light.... we were there with Mike and Lauren and Sean and Ashley... a girls got to do what a girls got to do... Hopefully, I walked enough to make up for it.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
