My daughter is so thoughtful of what i am trying to do with my weight but i am not sure that she bought the right stuff. She got me Sarento Balanced Breaks snack packs. it has cheese, nuts, and dried fruit. One has Sharp white cheddar, cashews, and golden raisins The other has Pepper Jack, Honey roasted peanuts and raisins I guess i need to see if i can find them on the food diary and see what it would do to my cal count and macros, huh?

I think higher in carbs cuz of the fruit and honey nut peanuts. I eat the P3, lower carb. BUT very thoughtful!

I'm such a retail return freak, I'd take them to Target and do a return with no receipt and tell them you paid cash... That's if they stock them at Target! 🎯
