The thanksgiving holiday had officially come and gone and with it I am only 2 lbs worse for wear. Not bad considering I had thanksgiving three times. Once for my daughters girlscout potluck (Mac and Cheese is still ^evil^), on thanksgiving day at my grandmother's house, and for the last time on saturday at my aunts house. Each time I tried to made sure to eat minimal throughout the day before the event and to moderate while there. I also fasted the day after with lots of veggies to give my body time to process all I had from the day before. Considering I'm only 2 lbs up from my lowest so far and that I am on the decline again I'm pretty content.
