NC Kat's Journal, 16 October 2011

Spent the week at our condo at Atlantic Beach, Peppertree. My eating habits were pretty much I ate what I wanted, including pizza, chocolate, and pumpkin pie. I did do a lot of walking. I will be getting back on the Food Diary track this week.
253.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.6 lb a week
