I'm considering this to be day one. I'm trying to move forward and eat right. Last week, I saw a trainer on Dr. Oz talk about adding chocolate protein powder and coconut oil to his morning coffee and that's his breakfast. Since I like skipping breakfasts, this is a good idea for me because skipping breakfasts is not so good and therefore, this gives me some nutrition and appetite control and kicks up the metabolism at the same time. Win-win if you factor in the fact that I don't add sugar to my coffee...
