Well today is officially the first day of the rest of my life. Today I begin my < 40g carb diet for the next two weeks in preparation for my weight loss surgery. Although fear has not settled in yet I am excited to hopefully be done yo-yo dieting. Being a person who has lost 80 lbs 3x times and 100 lbs once I cannot wait to finally conquer one of my biggest demons.
