I've been reading your notes and we have stomach issues in common. so funny about the fit bit going off. You all are so encouraging that I'm thinking there may be something to this notion of a community sharing the journey. Keeping a journal is good too. I did ok years ago, until I quit Journaling, so I'm back into it.
