havent really been excersizing at all the past two weeks been partying alot and consuming alot of junkfood and alcohol on the weekends but on the weekdays i strictly follow my diet and eat clean today im going back to the gym
197.0 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
