Well looks like I gained weight LOL 1.3 lbs overnight!Prolly too much salt which we all know equals water weight. I didnt over eat and I did exercise so I know its not actuall lbs. I work today from 9am to 7pm and it is our busiest day, I will not be exercising when I get home although I will walk the 20mins each way to work. Plan is clean eating today! On a side note DH and I are in a battle, apparently I have issues. Whatever.... Then I hear I dont know why your on a diet you look fine, I cant cook if your on a diet Whatever....Hey buddy this is about me and my body I dont feel comfortable or attractive so I need to do this a little support would be nice! Upward and onward!
