CBWRIGHT's Journal, 22 May 2016

This is the first time in a while that I have added an entry. I'm optimistic that I will continue to journal throughout my weight loss journal. I am admitting that my self-esteem towards my physical appearance is low. Also, I do not want to be on blood pressure and cholesterol medication for the rest of my life. I also want to begin exercising regularly, starting tonight. I AM going walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and listen to a book or read. I am also going to read the word tonight. My goal in life is to be a person GOD is pleased with. I want to do right by GOD, myself and others and I want to be proud of myself. Before I finish this addition, I want to note that I would like to reduce my sugar in-take. Okay, that is it for now.
