Ate a Hardee's breakfast this morning on the road! Sausage egg biscuit and hash browns and coffee.. Came back to work and grabbed a grilled pork chop for lunch. Some charity thing. Very good! Had a Diet Pepsi too! For supper I microwave a hot dog no bun and melted a sliced of American cheese on it. With coffee and cream... I walked 47 steps 3 times today! Hello mother :-) soon u will not eat the hash browns bc the bun itself is carbs 😉 and, try to buy real cheese and never eat the American singles again 😆 just two little things to change up. Good job taking the stairs I assume that's what u meant 47 stairs not steps? Anywho #GoCubs. Lol. Miss u😘
