This weekend was very tiring I did yard work and some exercise but I missed all the walking and the stairs exercising that I do at work. I didn't eat a whole lot over the weekend so I'm glad to get back on track
202.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
