Very busy week so far. I did not track here on fat secret--so no weight loss but at least no weight gain and I am losing the pouch above my waist. My main goal is to put on a top and not be horrified at what I see. I would like to not have to wear a blouse on top in order to hide that pooch above my belt. I have four days to be exact and to follow it very well.
