Wow!! I messed up my macros yesterday. I need to plan my food better. Only problem is that I keep saying that but don't seem to do it. That is why I do not lose, I know it. I have got to do better! More planning is the key.

I am going to be strict with measuring and recording staying under my calorie allotment. So far so good even though I was 101 percent of my calorie a lot we'll see what happens tomorrow. As Scarlett O'Hara said I'll worry about it tomorrow.
