thank you everyone for your support the past few days! it gave me the motivation to look at old pictures and see how far I've come and how much I never want to go back! I ended up sticking pretty well to eating healthily ad well as going to the gym, so today I'm decently sore, but those numbers speak for themselves! yay!
188.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 68.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
