We all slip occasionally, don't cry about it, just put it behind you and move on. And don't give up on the goal, just move it out a bit (a reasonable bit!) You know what you need to do, and you can do it!! 

It tasted good going down though, didn't it? lol 

Goals are great, but don't think of them as deadlines, adjust and go forward. Carnitas sounds really good. :D 

Thank you Pandasmom! Yes, it was carby, but man o man was it good! Actually only went over by a 100 or so calories, so technically today is my CICO day!! Lol 

all good!...sounds like cheat day came early! ;p...i had carnitas today too. haha

Hi Smarty! I'm thinking about Shabu when I complete this bone scan. It's crazy down here. Everyone drives like Mister Toads Wild Ride down here. Buses are what scare me. Their crazy!!!! 

Yeah, downtown is no walk in the park! Be cautious lots of stupid drivers, everyone in a hurry!! Please try Shabu! We've been talking about it for months!! Lol 

I was watching Food Paradise on Travel Channel and they spotlighted a burger place called Outlaw's in L.A. that looked freaking amazing. I'm a sucker for blue cheese on a burger.  

Never been.. But I'm gonna drive one of these days to get it Lettuce wrapped!! Now if it's on TV, it's gotta be healthy!! 😊 

IKR! lol They're not all great, though, I went to Interstate Barbecue in Memphis a few years ago after seeing it on BBQ Paradise and it really sucked. Stopped by Whole Hog BBQ in North Little Rock the next day, though, and it was on point. Saw a barbecue place highlighted on another episode of Food Paradise that was in Compton, the guy running it was from Texas, I'd try it out, for sure.
