bummed out. i have to restrict my water intake because of very low blood sodium. i hate water restriction much more than food restriction. have to go to doc to get more tests drawn tomorrow. i've been drinking water very freely to help with dieting. its worked great. until now. oh well i hope this is just a temporary set back w/ the water. i had this problem before and he told me to restrict my water and i tried to. eventually the sodium went up and so i stopped restricting water. i really need to be able to drink water helps fill me up. :-( i estimate i must have about 12 cups a day. not so so much. i'm supposed to limit my fluids. to 8 cups now. yikes that will be hard. i've had trouble with focus, concentration and short term memory, low sodium can cause that.....so i have to fix this. i think i'm going to go to a specialist. my primary is pretty lame in his attitude towards it. oh well time to plan my meals for tomorrow.
