This weekend....I'm not going to track or care about my food/alcohol intake. (Realistically I’m sure I will care, and I may even track things to make good choices, it’s hard to break a habit!) I’ve been very diligent before this and will be diligent after this - I still have yet to reach my goal. I’m interested to see how my past eating/drinking habits really affect my actual weight gain. It’s my husbands 40th Birthday, and we are going out of town with out the kids (I’m jumping up and down; this is very exciting to me!!) Have been looking forward to this for a few months - we both work crazy hours, with 2 full time jobs, 3 kids and a very busy house hold we don’t see much of each other day to day and we miss it tremendously. We have a great life and plan to celebrate it!

Enjoy your trip, the food, the alcohol. Have fun. I think you'll do just fine. I used to do WW some years back and we were always told "Your bad is not as bad as your bad used to be". I think this is very true. Even when you feel that you go crazy and over-eat, you will most likely take in much fewer calories than you would before you started this journey.

Thanks K- its more the booze that concerns me, Ive really been sticking w white wine in moderation and i know clubbing in a big city will bing out the shots and the hard stuff...beware my poor liver! ahahahaha
