Just got back from 5 days in Belgium, eating all of my favorites. Good cheese, pastries, and cookie butter at breakfast; shrimp salad sandwiches and steak for lunch; Flemish beef stew and horse steak for dinner. Of course, all of that came with a surfeit of fries and Belgian beer, and I had plenty of chocolates and drop between meals. Surprised my weight stayed the same over the past couple of weeks.
