Frittata Friday, and I made my frittata as planned. It was pretty good, but the next time, I make it, I'll use a combination of medium cheddar and sharp cheddar. It needs the extra richness of a sharp cheese. Never-the-less, as is, it was a worthy effort, and pretty tasty. :-)

On vacation. Eating low carb, ketogenic I think. 50 carbs tops. Time shares are good to stay on plan, no distractions or temptations. Palm Springs, loving the pool. ♡☆
