Well, I failed to start today, mainly because we did not eat until after noon! I unintentionally skipped breakfast, so I overate at lunch, and then again at dinner because I was so off balance... I look forward to learning how to listen to my body again and eat in small increments.

Don't listen to your body. Make your boy listen to you. If you miss breakfast, don't make up for it. If you miss a meal just skip it. That's how you learn to fast. Well, its one way. SEVERAL people here will tell you the same. Fasting and eating less times a day is the root to the strongest weight loss.

Lol, I know that. I just mean that I am not going to force myself to eat if I don't feel hungry. Likewise, I will be controlling my portions and eating slower so I can feel when I am satisfied.
