Starting a 21 day sugar elimination process tomorrow. I have been struggling with morning sickness sooooo bad lately and I know my disgusting diet is not helping. I found a food plan written by a midwife that will clean up my eating and still be safe for my baby. I am looking forward to starting as soon as I can go shopping for my ingredients.
