I am happy to see that I am maintaining my desired weight. I attended a conference at the beginning of the week where the food was very good - including desserts. I ate the food and the desserts, but I was able to keep my head. At breakfast I chose the fruit over the donuts. I worked on enjoying the food I did eat by eating slowly and did not go back for seconds or thirds... This needs to be my pattern from this point onward. Even if I cannot track my food in such settings, I can be careful about my intake.
167.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
