Well, that was a big surprise. Not sure exactly when but I will take it. it is nice that all these weeks when I felt like I was either getting nowhere or feeling bloated but I was actually reversing the trend every time I followed up with a fairly good loss. at some point in time I'll probably go again and be really depressed over it but for right now. I'll take it.
