Plan on weighing in tomorrow. Keep losing a little a week and as long as I stay at the current weight from the week before or lose a little I am happy. No longer in the size 14's...most of my 12's are fitting or almost fitting (with 2-3 more pounds they should be perfect!) The easiest part is finding receipes and sticking to the portions. www.lightandtasty.com is where most of them come from. Keeping main dishes under 315 calories and cutting breadsticks out of every dinner has made a HUGE difference. Everything in modertion...and then you don't have to cut out all the junk snack foods. Even McDonalds fries don't taste as good as they once did!
