2 weeks postpartum, swelling and fluids are gone. I can't bust my butt on a workout yet, but I can go on walks. Today my journey starts again.
Since I'm breastfeeding my calorie goal will be at 2000 so my milk won't be effected. My doctor suggested that amount last baby. Since breastfeeding burns 500 calories a day that will still leave me with a good deficit.
200.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
