Today is weigh in day. I'm nervous. Really nervous. I'll know if I've lost anything by 3pm today.
I hope I've lost something. I have this feeling I'm going to be disappointed. I hope not.
So anxious. I just want the time to come so I can weigh in. Just so I know that going to the gym is actually doing something for me. I mean I know it's doing something I just want to see that it is. Does that make sense? I know I'm not eating right...so I'm not expecting miracles here..just half a pound would be nice. Just something other than 250lbs. And obviously not more than that either. That would break my heart.
Here's hoping.
