Phew! Finally a drop. I am so happy! I have decided to go back to eating in a Atkins-like way. No sugar and no gluten. When I started to allow myself to have sugar again after 10 years of not, I started gaining back the weight. Then I started slipping with the gluten and empty carbs. So.... at 49 I weighed 131 to 133, a really great weight for me. Now I have been struggling to get it under 141. Yikes! So..... except for red wine on gigs and super dark chocolate once in a while, I shall readopt the no sugar, no gluten and minimal carbs way of eating. I can't call it a diet because that word sets me in a tail spin. Besides it implies just a temporary fix. I want to eat this way for the rest of my life. At least most of the time.
