I am actually happy to have maintained my weight for a week or so. I am glad not to have gained. I am doing less carbs, mostly, than I was and drinking lots of water. Haven't stuck to my work out routine though. Been out late gigging and up early for my day job. So, tired. BUT I have 10 off of gigging. SO! Should be able to both work out and work on losing another pound or two. I vote for two!!! OK... here goes!

hi Hk, thanks for your support, I hadn't checked my thread for a while so just catching up and saw your message. I am back for the next 5 weeks or so doing a couple of challenges to try to blast off these darned stubborn few pounds of fat that want to hang around.
