Well, I didn't go to the gym today. :( I spent the day in the ER because of a migraine. Oh joy. Which also means I didn't eat lunch. I should have asked to be fed but I didn't. I was too focused on getting the meds to get my migraine under control. Which it totally is now. Which is nice.
So now I've made dinner. I made Knorr Pasta Sides. I figure I need to clean out my pantry anyway...and I know it's high in calories and carbs but I didn't eat lunch so whatever.
Tomorrow I can't go to the gym either because I have plans with Channy. Unless I go after but I haven't seen her in a while so I have a feeling I'll be spending a long time with her and I don't want to work out too late or I won't sleep. And Wednesday I have my radio show so I can't do it then either. That means it's going to be a Thurs, Fri and Saturday week. Which is fine. I just hate missing three days in a row because that makes it hard to get back on track. But I'll survive.
I'm excited to get weighed tomorrow. I hope I have lost some weight. I don't want to weigh 250 anymore. I hope I've lost at least 1lb. I guess I'll find out tomorrow afternoon. Wish me luck!
