ok i'm disgusting slob but today's the day i wrote everything down i ate. used my real height of 5'7 not what i used to be years ago before i got old. i know i'm above my rda for weight loss of 1700 cal. but you have to start some where. i will do 100 cal less tomorrow. do a gradual decrease. already today was less than the last few days of eating whatever the hell i wanted. i did feel real hunger today and i went to the gym, i haven't worked out in weeks before this. so today was a good start. now nothing else will touch my lips food wise. took my pills. time to brush teeth and get ready for bed. staying up late is bad for weight managment and i've been doing a lot of that./ time to change that. i wrote down in advance what i will eat tomorrow.planning in advance is good. avoid over eating. its about 200 calories less than today. i will go to the gym again too.....god knows how much i was eating before. its pretty scary. no wonder i gained weight. time to change that. don't feel good about myself at all. don't feel good either. one day at a time. starting today.
