Man, I'm feeling it today! I'm lying on the couch, watching baseball, and thinking about bad food. I haven't felt this urge in 4 weeks. I've been rolling pretty strong. ...And my dietician and I have a weight lost goal of 7% for July. That's a lot of weight! Pray for me! 😜

I'm planning a couch spud activity myself. Giants/Rockies at 1p and Warriors Game 3 tonite. BUT...don't even go to that unhealthy food idea. If you're truly hungry what healthy snack stuff is in the house? The first part of that last sentence is where I've been known to talk outloud to myself ;-) Am I REALLY hungry???

Your doing Great Waiderox's, roll off that couch during the commercial breaks and walk (away from the kitchen!) for a minute. The best tip I have found to deter unconscious snacking is in my mind..."If I gain 2 or 3 pounds on the scale, it will be a week or 2 before I see that lower # back, and this is hard work!!" Good luck and enjoy the game :)

Neh, I'm not really hungry. I'm just surprised how strong the feeling of wanting to misbehave is today. I've been able to hold that feeling off for a month. Doesn't it ever just... go away???!!!

Ummm, I think we get better at dealing with it...I don't know about it going away...hasn't for me :)

Yeah, I agree with Becca. Although WarrenWinter posted a pic this morning of a juicy berry on top of a donut. I actually craved the berry more than the donut! Progress.... ;-)

Hey Waiderox...yes it does go away...but it can also come and go too! I have a terrible sweet tooth - but not all the time, with planning I can minimize damage when I can't resist...I make it up the next day with calorie reductions and/or extra calorie burn. Good luck mate, I am praying for you!!

Drink a lot of water. Make a cup of tea. Crunch on some carrots. Brush your teeth. Do some stretches during commercials. Walk around. Good luck. :)
