yesterday I went to the doctor. I have been on my diet for five weeks. He was happy I have lost 16 pounds. I can start to tell it in my jeans which feels good. my birthday was the 29th of April and my daughter got me a new pair and down a size. Hope all of ya'll FS are well and hace a good day.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
