2269 kcal Fat: 55.63g | Prot: 117.09g | Carb: 314.07g.   Breakfast: Tea with Milk and Sugar, Lemon Curd, Margarine, Bread - Granary Wholemeal. Lunch: Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley), Lo Carb, Shapers Double Chocolate Bar, Salt and Black Pepper Tortillas. Dinner: Bitter Shandy Classic, Couscous (Cooked), Red Onions, Mushrooms, Sweet Red Peppers, Chicken Mini Fillet Kebab with Tikka Marinade, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Triple Choc Brownie Icecream. more...
