Not sure if this is my journal or not... but today marks the day of my start on the 5:2 Fast Diet. Basically Thursdays and Mondays my calorie intake will be restricted to 500 calories on those days with breakfast and dinner 12 hours apart. So far so good but I am watching the clock I must admit - only 8 hours until dinner :)
